Shandong Precision Casting Industrial Park Completes Intelligent Upgrade

The first batch of intelligent investment casting production lines at Weifang High-End Precision Casting Industrial Park in Shandong Province has officially commenced operation. All enterprises within the park have finished transformation to eco-friendly silica sol investment casting processes, equipped with automatic tree assembly lines, intelligent roasting furnaces and online dimensional inspection assembly lines. Digitalized full-process management covering wax pattern making, shell mould fabrication, smelting and heat treatment has been realized, making the park North China’s first fully green precision casting industrial cluster.Centered on two core product categories—precision castings for construction machinery, oilfield equipment and forklifts, the park specializes in investment casting of 42CrMo alloy steel, 25Mn carbon steel as well as 304 and 316 stainless steel. Its products are exported to more than 20 countries across Europe, America and Southeast Asia, complying with international certification standards including IATF16949, EN10204-3.2 and PED Pressure Equipment Directive. In the first half of 2026, the park’s export volume of precision castings rose by 21% year-on-year, with orders for new energy construction machinery and oilfield cable protectors taking the lead among all product segments in growth rate.According to park management officials, the technical renovation cuts energy consumption per unit casting by 12%, while the recycling rate of foundry waste sand reaches 83%, meeting ultra-low emission environmental standards. Digital control maintains dimensional tolerances stably within ±0.1 mm and surface roughness up to Ra3.2 μm, greatly slashing return rates from overseas clients. Boasting integrated one-stop services including product design, casting, machining and surface finishing, enterprises in the park have secured long-term designated supplier qualifications from multiple leading overseas construction machinery manufacturers, continuously boosting global recognition of "Made-in-China" precision castings.
