Recently, Weifang Junlong Machinery has upgraded its silica sol investment casting process. Technological improvements have been made in cluster reinforcement, multi-layer dipping and air-drying control, which effectively reduces deformation and sand inclusion defects in thin-walled castings and steadily raises the overall product qualification rate.In investment casting, wax pattern clustering and shell fabrication are the key processes that determine casting quality. The technical team has adjusted the welding structure of wax patterns and installed internal iron bar reinforcements. By controlling temperature and humidity in different stages, we have solved the common industry problem of deformation in complex castings such as oilfield cable protectors and impellers. Meanwhile, we have strengthened raw material incoming inspection and conducted rapid pre-furnace composition testing for alloy steel and stainless steel molten metal to guarantee the tensile strength and wear resistance of castings from the source. The factory now operates both high-end silica sol production lines and sodium silicate lines. We are capable of manufacturing high-precision export castings and general construction machinery castings. We can meet the near-net-shape requirements of high-end overseas buyers, while accepting bulk orders for mining equipment, forklift parts and petroleum machinery castings from domestic customers. With mature heat treatment technologies including normalizing and quenching, we can provide one-stop services covering casting and precision machining.Going forward, the company will promote eco-friendly and low-carbon production, optimize energy consumption, and gradually expand the production capacity of alloy steel precision castings. We will keep exploring the high-end construction machinery supporting markets across Europe and America.
