For sample orders covering drawing confirmation, mould fabrication, trial casting and inspection, the normal lead time is 7-15 days. Lead times for bulk orders are flexibly arranged according to structural complexity, processing requirements and order quantity. Castings with simple structures without complicated heat treatment and finish machining can be delivered faster. For components with complex inner cavities, strict dimensional tolerances, quenching & tempering heat treatment and subsequent machining, the technical team will formulate process plans in advance and reserve reasonable production cycle.At present, multiple investment casting production lines in the factory are running steadily with rich mass production experience. We support OEM and custom production based on customers’ drawings or samples, and can provide material test reports and dimensional inspection records.
