For complex-structured wax patterns, inspectors also use special tools to thoroughly inspect hidden parts such as inner cavities and deep grooves, ensuring that wax pattern quality meets process standards and eliminating subsequent casting defects from the source.After entering core processes such as shell making and pouring, inspectors implement a dual mode of "process patrol inspection + key node random inspection". They shuttle between production stations, monitor key parameters such as shell strength, pouring temperature and molten metal composition in real time, and conduct sampling inspection on each batch of products. For Junlong’s main products such as petroleum cable protectors and automotive precision parts, inspectors strictly carry out multiple tests including dimensional accuracy, surface roughness and mechanical properties in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements, ensuring stable product performance and high consistency.Before finished products leave the factory, inspection enters the final "big test". Inspectors use advanced instruments such as coordinate measuring machines, ultrasonic flaw detectors and penetrant testing equipment to conduct comprehensive inspection on castings. From appearance quality to internal defects, from dimensional accuracy to material composition, each indicator is repeatedly verified. Only products that meet all standards can be labeled qualified and delivered to customers smoothly.
